In 1985, Vickie and Bill Kerr set out to create the better potato chip on their farm in Ontario, Canada. Miss Vickie’s Premium Kettle Cooked Potato Chips are the result of their efforts, with a product line specializing in artisan flavors such as jalapeno, balsamic vinegar and sweet onion, sweet chili and sour cream, and lime and black pepper. Today, Miss Vickie’s shares company with Tostitos, Doritos, Sun Chips, and Ruffles—all chip brands that are run by Frito-Lay, which in turn is owned by PepsiCo.
