Zillow.com ranked the home of Pennsylvania Dutch country the eighth best place to buy a home due to its low unemployment and high income level in relation to home prices. But that doesn’t make rental prices any less attractive. Only 19.5% of Lancaster renters pay more than 50% of household income for rent and utilities.
