Perhaps it’s a sign of the times when a company’s chief executive turns in a letter of resignation via Twitter. Jonathan Schwartz, former CEO of Sun Microsystems, managed to get his point across in 140 characters after the troubled tech company was acquired by Oracle in 2010. Oracle expected Schwartz to resign, but probably didn’t expect him to do it via hashtags and a haiku: “Financial crisis/Stalled too many customers/CEO no more,” he Tweeted.
