And even with such a massive worldwide presence, there is still room to grow. One such place is New York City, where the company is staging a charm offensive on the city’s many corner stores — enticing them to become 7-Eleven franchises. If the firm can expand into the heart of urban America, there’s no telling how many Jamaican beef patties it can hawk.
