The file-sharing company Box has raised $100 million in funding to expand into international markets, giving it a eye-popping valuation of $2 billion.

The company’s value has doubled since July 2012, the Wall Street Journal reports. The latest cash infusion comes as its chief-rival, the free file-sharing service Dropbox, is seeking $250 million at an $8 billion valuation.
