The Dow Jones industrial average rose 128 points to close at 15,746 Wednesday, a record high.
The new record high beats the record the Dow set Tuesday, November 1, by 66 points. Standard & Poor’s 500 index also rose, by seven points, the Associated Press reports. Nasdaq fell 8 points and the yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note fell to 2.63 percent.
