Korean carmakers have been on a roll in the last couple of years as they have pushed into new segments in search of customers. The Cadenza is an upscale, four-door sedan with a dramatic front, steeply raked windshield, and a clean rear end as well as a bold line down the side. The cars are powered by 293-horsepower V6. The interior is nicely furnished with a large screen for navigation and entertainment as well as a simple layout for controls used by the driver and several advanced safety features, including smart cruise control (which limits how close the car can creep to other vehicles on the highway), blind spot detection, and lane departure warnings. Estimated starting price is $37,000.
