Hulu said Thursday that Mike Hopkins, the head of distribution for Fox Networks Group, will be its new CEO.
Hopkins, who has been on the Hulu board director since 2011, takes over for acting CEO Andy Forsell, who assumed the post when founder Jason Kilar stepped down earlier this year.
The video streaming site, which brought in almost $700 million in revenue in 2012, is a joint venture owned in part by Fox, NBCUniversal, and Disney.
