The 400 richest Americans are worth $2.02 trillion total, an all-time high that is roughly equivalent to the GDP of Russia, according to Forbes list of the richest Americans published Monday.

Bill Gates topped the list for the 20th straight year with a net worth of $72 billion, followed by investor Warren Buffett and software magnate Larry Ellison. Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg came in at number 20, with $19 billion.

The minimum net worth to make the list was $1.3 billion, the highest threshold since 2008. Among the 20 newcomers to this year’s list are Michael Rubin, founder of online sports merchandise retailer Kynetics and part owner of the Philadelphia 76ers, and Dagmar Dolby, the wife of sound pioneer Ray Dolby, who died in September.
