I have always identified as an introvert rather than an extrovert. I like to be social but I’m at my most comfortable when I can direct my feelings and thoughts inward. I’ve always felt like in my business clubs, classes, and internships I’ve had to be outgoing and competitive, it’s encouraging to hear that introverts can make great leaders!
