Get flexible. 90% of the Best and Brightest offer flexible scheduling, including flextime, job sharing and other employee accommodations. 75% let employees telecommute.

Seek input. 80% use annual surveys to measure employee engagement.

Give back. 80% sponsor local charitable activities and host on-site activities such as food and blood drives.

Pass on the savings. 78% negotiate discounts for their employees with vendors.

Get well. 73% offer wellness incentives.

Money talks. 68% have increased base pay.

Support diversity. 67% have written diversity statements, and 50% host or sponsor multicultural events.
