You might think New York or Los Angeles — two large, affluent cities with an endless number of singles — would be the best place for the well-off and unattached. But you’d be wrong. In fact, it’s the cities right next to larger metropolises that are often better for wealthy singles. One of the best is in New Jersey (mere miles from New York City), and two of them are in Massachusetts (both right outside of Boston), according to Money Magazine’s “Best Places for the Rich and Single,” which ranked cities with singles making up at least 30% of the population by median income. Head over to Money’s website for the full list and a list of America’s top 100 towns.
