In Asian culture, workers have the mentality that if we leave on time, we are not "dedicated" to our work or fear that we may seem less hardworking in comparison to those who stay back. Personally, I feel that a work life balance is important. Just like an appliance that needs recharging when it's burnt out, the same goes for us. Take time out to charge up and we will return to the cubicle with renewed vigor to face the next day!
