How? By purchasing a car not made by Suzuki. Seriously.
A USA Today Drive On post has the details of the auto manufacturer’s bold promotion, which is obviously meant to demonstrate how confident it is in its product. It’s also obviously meant to generate some attention in the press. Mission accomplished, I suppose.
Here’s the gist of the promo: Basically, if you test drive a Suzuki Kizashi and then wind up buying a car within three days from one of Suzuki’s competitors, Suzuki will hand over a debit card loaded with $250 to use however you please. Gas money, perhaps?
Some paperwork is necessary, of course. The promotion is in effect through July 31.
