In this competition, no one wants to be a #1 seed or a Cinderella story, or to be included in the first place. It’s a March Madness tournament in which the competitors stand out for their abilities to make customers mad.

The Consumerist finalized its brackets with 64 contenders in the 2010 Worst Company in America tournament. The #1 seeds include Bank of America and AIG, which won the tourney last year and is going for back-to-back ignominious titles—a rare accomplishment because you’d think that once a company earned such a crown it’d make some changes or just go out of business.
