Welcome Michael Schuman!

The Curious Capitalist family is getting bigger! Michael Schuman, Time‘s Asia correspondent extraordinaire, will be joining the blogging ranks as early as tomorrow (or today for those of you, like Michael, who are reading this from Hong Kong).

Michael has his own Wikipedia entry, which covers a lot of ground but fails to mention what a great guy he is. So let me do that. Michael Schuman is a great guy.

Last year Michael wrote a book called The Miracle: The Epic Story Of Asia’s Quest For Wealth. The New York Times said that if you want to know how Asia became an economic tiger, then you should read Michael’s book. The Washington Post called it engaging. I will now start to shamelessly promote Michael’s book along with The Myth of the Rational Market.

Welcome Michael!
