Barbara thinks “ballon” is a typo. I’m saying it’s a conscious use of the French spelling, because nobody enjoys water balloon jeux de guerre like the French do. In any case, it’s clearly time to go long water park manufacturers. Of which there are apparently 1,926 in mainland China. So maybe this isn’t really the future of the U.S. economy.
