Update: In the comments, Mario Ruiz asks if I’d write a post thanking him if he sent me a “book on how to cook like a pro.” My father-in-law then chimes in to say that I already cook better than a pro. (Thanks, GLD! No thanks, Mario.) If anyone could ever teach me to dance like something other than a complete idiot, that would definitely warrant multiple thankful posts.
